Returns

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept eligible returns under the conditions outlined below.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be new and unused
  • Tires must not have been mounted, driven on, or altered
  • Products must be returned in original packaging
  • All accessories, labels, and documentation must be included

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Mounted or used tires
  • Custom orders or special-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged by improper installation or misuse

Return Authorization

Customers must request a Return Authorization before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval of the returned merchandise.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by YMR Grip Lab.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
