Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment processing begins.

Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

• Reason for Cancellation

Financing Transactions

Orders placed using third-party financing providers such as Uown, Own Lease, Affirm, Afterpay, Progressive Leasing, or other financing partners are subject to the terms and approval conditions of the financing provider.

Approved financing agreements may not be canceled once the financing provider has finalized the transaction and the order has entered fulfillment.

Fraud Prevention

YMR Grip Lab reserves the right to cancel any order flagged for suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies.
